The focus of the Ben Emmerson room is a display of artifacts and tells the story of the social history of Swaffham, it’s industry and agriculture.

New to the display is a beautiful saddler’s chest, donated by the Alpe family, together with the tools of the saddler’s trade.

  • Fri & Sat: 10am to 1pm (last entry 12:30pm)
  • Sunday: Closed
  • Open every Bank Holiday except Christmas and New Year

Admission

  • Entry is free from 1st November to 20th December (incl.) ahead of our closing for the winter. Any donations you wish to make during your visit, to help our volunteers maintain the Museum, would be gratefully received.
  • Food and drink are not to be consumed on the premises and Assistance dogs are permitted.
